About Our Companies

Our companies were established in 3/27/1979 (Tritt Construction Company) and in 11/4/1977 (Bent Tree Realty DBA Prestige Realty). Tritt Const. has built subdivisions such as: Prestige Estates and Williamstown. In the commercial part of it, Tritt Const. has built the Office Park buildings. Prestige Realty has sold over 900 residential homes.

We build quality homes and office buildings.  With over 35 years in business, our experience speaks for itself. We have a friendly approach towards our customers and a strong and long relationship with our subcontractors.  Therefore, our customers can contact us and our subs at any time with any questions or concerns.

With our vacation homes, we have customers that repeat year after year in our properties because of the neatness and well kept as well as the great locations. Our vacation rental customers are local as well as from out of state, and even some out of the country.

We also do remodeling work such as: roofing, home or garage extension or additions. Our homes in Collinstown Subdivision in Centerville are especially designed for the mature owner in mind. They are houses with very low maintenance. All our work is insured.

We are members of the Warner Robins Chamber of Commerce, Central GA Board of Realtors and Central GA MLS.

Mr. Tritt was president of the Houston County Home Builders Association for two years, for which we received a Commitment and Dedication award in 1997-1998 and in 2000-2001. He has also received the Life Membership Award for the Million Dollar Club in recognition of superior production by the Central GA Board of Realtors. He is a licensed GA realtor and broker, and he is also licensed with the state of GA as a residential and general contractor.
